Build practical first aid, CPR and psychological first aid skills at SRCA. Eligible learners may receive course fee subsidies and use SkillsFuture Credit.

SkillsFuture Eligible Courses

Selected Singapore Red Cross Academy courses are subsidised by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), helping eligible individuals and employers reduce training costs.

Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may also use SkillsFuture Credit to offset the remaining course fees.

Eligible employers may also use the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to offset eligible out-of-pocket training expenses. Funding support is available for selected first aid, CPR and Psychological First Aid+ courses.

Subsidy levels vary by course, citizenship, age and sponsorship type, so please check the funding table on each course page before registering.

Child First Aid Provider Course at Singapore Red Cross Academy
First Aid

(Refresher) Child First Aid Course (RCFAC)

  • Duration: 16 hrs (2 days), 9am – 6pm
This classroom-based training course equips learners with the competencies to provide first aid outlined by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) in the Child First Aid Provider Course, covering CPR, AED use, choking response and first aid for adult, child and infant casualties.

Occupational First Aid Course Singapore Red Cross Academy
First Aid

(Refresher) Occupational First Aid Course (ROFAC)

  • Duration: 17.5 hrs (2 days). 9am-7.30pm, 9am-6.30pm.
This is a mandatory training course for Occupational First Aiders. The aim of the course is to train individuals to render first aid treatment to the casualty during an emergency or accident at the workplace. Workplace Safety and Health (First Aid) Regulations stipulates that “every person appointed as a first-aider shall (a) have successfully completed a training course acceptable to the Commissioner; and (b) undergo such subsequent re-training in first-aid treatment as the Commissioner may require”

  • Duration: 12 hrs (1.5 days). 9am - 6pm. 9am - 1pm.
This classroom-based training course will equip learners with the competencies to provide skills outlined by Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) in the Standard First Aid Provider Course.

  • Duration: 16 hrs (2 days)
This classroom-based training course equips Trainee-Instructors with the competencies to teach BCLS+AED Provider Courses. Upon completion, Trainee-Instructors will be able to instruct competently as a BCLS+AED Instructor, in compliance with industry standards, focusing on subject matter topics shared by the Chief Instructor-Trainers.

Basic Cardiac Life Support + AED Provider Course (BCLS+AED)

  • Duration: 8 hrs (1 day), 9am – 6pm
Basic Cardiac Life Support + AED (BCLS+AED) is an intensive training programme covering high-quality resuscitation techniques for all age groups and AED use. Ideal for healthcare workers, organisations, families, parents, volunteers, and individuals who wish to be certified competent in resuscitation skills.
