Psychological First Aid
Psychological First Aid+ (PFA+)
- Duration: 9 hrs across 2 days. Day 1: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (PFA training and practical engagement). Day 2: A 1-hour assessment (role play in pairs, scheduled individually)
Psychological First Aid+ (PFA+) is a beginner-level course equipping learners with essential skills to support individuals experiencing emotional distress. It is an enhanced alternative to Psychological First Aid (PFA), diving deeper into mental health literacy, stress management and self-care through expanded, interactive, scenario-based learning.
First Aid
Basic First Aid + AED (CERT First Aider with CPR+AED)
- Duration: 16 hrs (2 days), 9am – 6pm
A compressed training on common emergencies, suitable for CERT (Company Emergency Response Teams), organisations, schools, families, volunteers, and individuals who wish to be certified competent in basic first aid and AED resuscitation skills.
First Aid
Occupational First Aid Course
- Duration: 23.5 hrs (3 days). 9am - 6pm, 9am-5.30pm, 9am-6pm.
This is a mandatory training course for Occupational First Aiders. The aim of the course is to train individuals to render first aid treatment to the casualty during an emergency or accident at the workplace. Workplace Safety and Health (First Aid) Regulations stipulates that “every person appointed as a first-aider shall (a) have successfully completed a training course acceptable to the Commissioner; and (b) undergo such subsequent re-training in first-aid treatment as the Commissioner may require”

How do I register for an SRCA course?
Can I postpone or replace my course booking?
Yes. Postponement and replacement requests must be submitted in writing to SRCA. Administrative fees apply:
- $15 before GST if submitted 14 days before the course starts,
- $30 before GST if submitted less than 14 days before.
- No fee applies with valid medical reasons.
What is the refund policy for SRCA courses?
Refund or withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.
- More than 14 days before class starts, a full refund less a $15 admin fee before GST applies.
- From 7 to 14 days before class starts, 50% of the course fee before GST is refunded, less the admin fee.
- No refund applies less than 7 days before class starts.
