Module 1 & 2 - Introduction to Psychological First Aid in Groups
Module 3 - Understanding Psychosocial Well-being in Groups
Explore signs of psychosocial distress in groups, variations across age, gender and culture, and key group dynamics including cohesion, trust and conflict. (60 mins, scenario-based small-group discussion)
Module 4 - Core Principles and Structure of a Group PFA Session
Learn the six steps of Group PFA, practise applying them through guided scripting and roleplay, and manage group dynamics while maintaining boundaries and self-care. (630 mins, presentation, facilitated discussion, roleplay)
