Young Hearts
The Young Hearts programme supports children and youth from challenging backgrounds through education, enrichment and excursions. By providing safe, supportive spaces, we nurture confidence, resilience, socio-emotional development and mental well-being, helping every child reach their full potential.
Family Crisis Aid
The Family Crisis Aid Programme provides timely assistance and grocery vouchers to families facing sudden crises, helping them access nutritious food and essential daily necessities. This immediate support eases financial strain during difficult times.
Steady Steps Scheme
The Steady Steps Scheme (S³) supports working families facing financial difficulties due to debt or limited savings. Through personalised care plans, social workers connect families with support, build financial resilience, and help them achieve long-term stability and self-reliance.
