The Child-Friendly Spaces (CFS) course equips learners with practical skills to support children’s emotional wellbeing in times of crisis, displacement or community disruption.

Heat Resilience for Migrant Workers

This course helps participants define heat stress, list its impact on health and workplace safety, identify risk factors, and recall preventive measures, early warning signs of heat-related illnesses and first aid steps. Delivered through discussion and scenario-based learning, it equips outdoor workers with practical strategies to stay safe in Singapore’s hot and humid climate, at work and in shared living spaces.

Mental Well-being at Workplace

This four-hour course equips employees, people managers and HR professionals with practical skills to strengthen mental well-being and psychological safety at work. Learn to recognise early signs that a colleague may be struggling, hold supportive conversations using the CARE framework and develop realistic workplace well-being initiatives using the Ministry of Manpower’s six-step framework.

Overseas Disaster Deployment Training (ODDT)

The Overseas Disaster Deployment Training (ODDT) is a 6-day programme that prepares participants for potential humanitarian deployments.
