Build Practical Skills for your Workplace
Psychological First Aid+ (PFA+)
- Duration: 9 hrs across 2 days. Day 1: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (PFA training and practical engagement). Day 2: A 1-hour assessment (role play in pairs, scheduled individually)
Basic First Aid + AED (CERT First Aider with CPR+AED)
- Duration: 16 hrs (2 days), 9am – 6pm
Psychological First Aid+ (PFA+)
- Duration: 9 hrs across 2 days. Day 1: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (PFA training and practical engagement). Day 2: A 1-hour assessment (role play in pairs, scheduled individually)
Mental Well-being at Workplace
- Duration: 8 hrs (1 day), 9.30 am – 5.30pm
Occupational First Aid Course
- Duration: 23.5 hrs (3 days). 9am - 6pm, 9am-5.30pm, 9am-6pm.
In-House Training for Your Organisation
Bring SRCA training to your workplace or preferred venue, with schedules arranged to suit your operations. Choose from first aid, psychosocial resilience, caregiving and humanitarian preparedness courses, with relevant scenarios and activities incorporated where suitable.

Funding Your Training
SkillsFuture Subsidy
Upfront subsidies for Singaporean and Permanent Resident employees of SMEs.

Absentee Payroll
Claim $4.50 for every hour of training, capped at $100,000 per calendar year per company.
SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit
Eligible employers may use their one-off S$10,000 SFEC to offset up to 90% of out-of-pocket costs for eligible training programmes.
The current SFEC expires on 30 November 2026. Eligibility and claim conditions apply.
