Who is Eligible

Seniors and persons with disabilities who require wheelchair transport and chaperone assistance who are facing difficulties in arranging their own transport to medical appointments.

How to Apply

There are a few ways to apply for the service;

You can email us directly to apply
Contact the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) directly or
Seek assistance from a social worker for referral to the Medical Escort and Transport (MET) service

For enquiries on the MET referral process, please email us.
