A Safer Home
HoME+ is a 24/7 non-instrusive alert and response system that helps seniors stay safe at home. Using motion sensors and panic buttons, HoME+ detects unusual inactivity or distress and alerts our call centre, and Community Responders will head down to conduct well-being checks upon alert. Depending on the situation, first aid trained responders or the SCDF may be activated.
Caregivers can receive real-time updates via a mobile app. No cameras are used – HoME+ is fully privacy-safe and does not detect falls.

How to apply for HoME+
Applying for HoME+ is simple and convenient. Interested individuals may apply through the button below or contact our team directly for assistance. Referrals from hospitals, healthcare providers, and social service agencies are also accepted.
Welfare calls will be conducted prior to arranging a home visit and installation to ensure that homes and clients are suited for the programme.

What will be installed in the home?
- 1 x Intercom + Gateway (wifi required)
- 4 x Presence Sensors (kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom)
- 1 x Door Sensor (placed on the main door only)
- 1 x Proximity Keyfob (attached to the house keys)
- 1 x Portable Panic Button
- 1 x Wall-mounted Panic Button (placed in the bedroom)
(Hacking or drilling is not required to install HoME+. Additional sensors may be required.)

Is there any installation cost?
There are no upfront installation charges for HoME+. The installation and setup of the system are provided at no additional cost, ensuring that clients can begin benefiting from the service without any initial financial burden. This approach helps make home safety monitoring more accessible and affordable for seniors and their families.
How does the system know if I need help without me pressing a button?
Presence sensors continuously monitor activity patterns and detect unusual or prolonged periods of inactivity within a specific area. For example, if no movement is detected for an extended period after entering the bathroom, an alert is automatically triggered. Our team will promptly contact the client to verify their wellbeing and, if necessary, activate the appropriate response and support.
Will there be cameras or CCTVs watching me?
HoME+ does not use CCTV cameras, video surveillance, or any form of video recording. Instead, the system relies on non-intrusive presence sensors to monitor movement and activity patterns within the home. This enables 24/7 safety monitoring while fully respecting the privacy, dignity, and independence of our clients, allowing them to continue living comfortably and confidently in their own homes.
