Course Highlights
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Identify the physical, social, emotional and environmental domains of the staff and workplace
- Identify the roles and responsibilities of mental health champions at the workplace
- Adopt active listening and demonstrate respect for and acknowledge diverse perspectives
- Implement an action plan for workplace wellness initiatives
- Advocate for its inclusivity in the company culture
Prerequisite Requirements
Diploma and/or Degree holders, ITE holders with one year work experience. Recognition of prior learning can be considered for the course.

- Capped at $4.50 per hour per trainee and a maximum of $100,000 per enterprise per calendar year
