About Community Health outreach for Wellness (CHoW)
CHoW focuses on holistic well-being, prioritising mental health, self-care, and skills-based training. By fostering a sense of community and belonging, we empower the migrant community to thrive in their ‘Home Away from Home’.
Impact at a Glance
Through regular outreach activities, health screenings and community programmes, CHoW supports the holistic well-being of Migrant Domestic Workers and Migrant Workers. The following highlights the programme’s reach and impact.
Partnering with Community Organisations
SRC partners with charities and grassroots initiatives dedicated to migrant workers to support their well-being. This includes HealthServe, Migrant Workers’ Centre (MWC), the Centre for Domestic Employees (CDE), and Ministry of Manpower’s Assurance, Care and Engagement Group (MOM ACE), and supports HealthServe in delivering health screenings.
