Nurturing The Humanitarians of Tomorrow
Our Uniformed Groups provide students with opportunities to learn first aid, emergency preparedness and humanitarian values through school-based activities. As one of the Uniformed Groups recognised by the Ministry of Education, we work with schools to provide a co-curricular experience that combines practical skills with community service. Members take part in regular training, camps, competitions, drills and volunteer activities throughout the year. Through these experiences, students learn to work as a team, respond to emergencies and support their school and community while building confidence, responsibility and resilience.

Students can join our Uniformed Groups through participating primary and secondary schools. Contact your school to find out if a Red Cross Unit is available.
Links and Cadets
Our Uniformed Groups are organised into two sections.
Links are for primary school students, while Cadets are for secondary school students. Both programmes include regular training in first aid, emergency preparedness and humanitarian education, alongside drills, camps, competitions and community service activities. Members also have opportunities to participate in national events and school-based programmes throughout the year. Activities are tailored to each age group, allowing students to build practical skills and take on greater responsibilities as they progress through the programme.
