Empowering Humanitarian Leaders of Tomorrow
Established in 1994 and officially integrated as RCY Chapters in 2011, we are an enhanced co-curricular activity (CCA) for post-secondary students aged 17 to 25 across Institutes of Higher Learning (International Schools, JCs, ITEs, Polytechnics, and Universities) in Singapore. With a vision to develop the Humanitarian Leaders of Tomorrow, RCY Chapters nurture resilient, compassionate, and civic-minded youths. Members gain hands-on experience in project management, life-saving skills, and humanitarian leadership by serving the community through local and national initiatives.

Student-Led and Organised
At Chapters, students take the lead in planning and organising programs and initiatives, developing leadership, teamwork and project management skills along the way.
Some of our flagship initiatives include:
- Project R.I.C.E.+ – Our annual nationwide resource mobilisation project that delivers essential food and daily necessities to low-income families and vulnerable individuals.
- NTU iAppreciate – A signature initiative that recognises and shows appreciation to the unsung heroes in our community, with a focus on migrant workers.
- Campus Blood Donation Drives – Student-led blood donation drives that raise awareness, encourage peer participation and support Singapore’s national blood supply.
