The programme is open to students who:
- Are between Primary 1 and Sec 4 and are studying in full-time local government or government-aided schools
- Household monthly income per person should not exceed $1500
- Children should be Living within the centres’ boundaries (Yishun & Tampines)
- Family is receiving support from a social service agency (e.g., Family Service Centre, Family Coach, social worker, school counselor, etc.)
Eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
