Young Hearts does not have public enrollment, as we find and enroll CYPs through referrals from local social service networks, direct on-the-ground community outreach, and internal cross-programme referrals (such as children from families who are already receiving aid from Singapore Red Cross’ Family Crisis Aid).
For new students, parents or guardians must be referred by a Social Service Agency (SSA). Upon successful referral, they will receive an enrolment link to complete the registration.
For existing students, parents or guardians will receive the enrolment link once a year (usually in November / December of the year before enrolment), for programme renewal.
