The programme is intended for families residing in Singapore who are experiencing financial hardship due to recent, unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Sudden loss of income
- Serious illness or hospitalization
- Death of a family member or sole breadwinner
- Family Breakdown
Eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
