Home Monitoring and Eldercare (HoME+) is a 24/7 non-intrusive alert and response system that helps seniors stay safe at home.
Using motion sensors and panic buttons, HoME+ detects unusual inactivity or distress and alerts our call centre. Depending on the situation, first aid trained responders or the SCDF may be activated.
Caregivers can receive real-time updates via a mobile app. No cameras are used—HoME+ is fully privacy-safe and does not detect falls.
While HoME+ is ideal for seniors living alone, active older adults, caregivers and post-surgery patients, it may not be suitable for individuals with mental health conditions such as severe dementia, psychosomatic issues, or schizophrenia.

(Hacking or drilling is not required to install HoME+. Additional sensors may be required.)

“In panic, my mother pressed the HoME+ panic button and a Red Cross Community Responder came to my aid. They provide support and aid when needed, providing a peace of mind to family members.”
– Ms Salinah Sani
“Whenever I feel that something is not right, I will reach out to press the button, I feel more safe knowing I have Singapore Red Cross HoME+ service.”
– Mr Don Anil
“I told them (my friends) this is a ‘must-have’ for anyone living alone or have elderly folks living on their own. With sound knowledge and a pleasant demeanour, your team has gained my trust.”
