Partnerships

Without our partners, we can’t save lives.

Through organising blood drives at your premises or blood banks, availing your publicity channels to promote blood donation, providing your expertise and skills to the National Blood Programme, you help to ensure that the blood-stock levels remain healthy and blood is available for the patients when they need it.

CHIJ St. Theresa's Convent Student Council creates magic and meaning for Christmas blood donations.

To give the student leaders a platform to develop skills in event planning and embrace social responsibility, the Secondary Two and Three students are encouraged to organise themed blood drives in December every year. The events are fully youth-run, and is a progression from their involvement in other blood donation drive and the International Bazaar since 2014. Their contribution helps to ensure blood-stock levels remain healthy at a time when many donors may not be available.

LoveSingapore unites all who love Singapore to give blood during the Good Friday and Easter period.

In view of the ageing population, global terrorism, and threat of new and existing diseases, LoveSingapore, a network of churches, is moved to improve the size of blood donor population by mobilising the Christian community in Singapore. With this motivation, LoveSingapore started Drops of Life in 2016, and the blood donation drive is held over the Good Friday and Easter period annually. Churches in the LoveSingapore network continue to support the National Blood Programme by organising regular blood drives and influencing family, friends, neighbours and colleagues in their circle to donate blood.
