The economic disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic is devastating. To mitigate the impact of the pandemic on the livelihoods of vulnerable communities, the Singapore Red Cross’ Centre for Occupational Learning and Employment (COLE) focuses on enhancing Employability & Livelihoods, offering Singaporeans, whose livelihoods were affected, basic employability training and job facilitation.
WHO CAN BENEFIT
The COLE programme is open to Singaporeans aged between 18 to 59 years, whose livelihoods were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This programme is also open to present and past beneficiaries of the Singapore Red Cross’ social services.
HOW WE HELP
The pandemic has serious and far-reaching effects on low-income families. The Singapore Red Cross’ Centre for Occupational Learning and Employment (COLE) provides practical support, through soft-skills training, career coaching, and job recommendations to eligible participants.
